Yvonne Tucker

Southbridge – Yvonne M. (Denault) Tucker, 95, formerly of Main St., died Tuesday, July 27, in Radius Healthcare Center, after a short illness.  Her husband, Claude C. Tucker, predeceased her in 1971.  She leaves one son, Claude “Dick” Tucker, and his wife, Mildred, of Southbridge; one daughter, Mildred Olinger, of Herndon, VA; 6 grandchildren, Richard Tucker, of Southbridge, Stephanie Daniels, and her husband, Melvin, of Plainfield, CT, Lisa Forlina, and her husband, Mino, of Danielson, CT, Charles White, and his partner, Ramon, of Herndon, VA, Christopher White, and his wife, Julie, of Gloucester, VA, and Vincent White, of Long Beach, CA; 9 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  Her sister, Irene Pereault, predeceased her.

She was born in Southbridge, the daughter of the late Joseph and Alphonsine (Gagone) Denault, and lived in the area her entire life.  She worked as a presser in the dry cleaning industry, and was employed by Reliable Laundry, Like New Cleaners, and Lucy’s Cleaners, until she retired in 1990.  She was a member of the Full Gospel Center.  She enjoyed embroidery.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00AM, Saturday, July, 31^st in the Belanger-Bullard Funeral Home, 51 Marcy St., Southbridge. A calling hour will be held 9:00 to 10:00 prior to the service.  Burial will follow in New Notre Dame Cemetery, Woodstock Rd., Southbridge.  An online guestbook is available at www.BelangerFuneralHome.com.
