Charlton: Shirley Bessette 77 Of Charlton Mass 7/7/1942 _12/9/2019.Born in Oxford Massachusetts daughter of Ann and Alphonse Buckunas, biological father Armand Prunier. She also leaves behind a sister Defrina Garrett of Worcester, her best friend's Geri Filion and Laurie Colon. Shirley worked many years for the Center of Hope she enjoyed family, bingo, Farmville. She lived most of her life in Charlton. Shirley was a devoted mother and grandmother and her great-grandchildren were her pride and joy. She leaves behind her children Richard Prunier Southbridge, Cynthia Holbrook and Russ of Charlton, Theresa Murphy and Morgan of Youngstown OH. Janet Prunier and Scott Normandin of Southbridge, Dorna Murphy and partner Laurie Colon of Charlton, Charles Prunier and his wife Sheena Youngstown OH. Michael Prunier and Angelique of Youngstown OH, also stepchildren Sharon Hazzard of Webster, Mike Bessette of Charlton, Wayne Bessette of OH. Roger Bessette of New York. She also leaves her grandchildren Richard Bessette, Ashley Robertson and husband Mark, Nicole Murphy and partner Matthew Broullon, Michael Murphy, Nathan Boucher, Jeremy Prunier, John Holbrook and Kayla Therrien, Amanda Holbrook, Charles Jr, Aiden, Austin, Summer, Adriana Prunier, Adam James and Daniel James Prunier, Justin Normandin and wife Chelsea, Lori Bessette. 12 great grandchildren Ava Austin,Kolton Broullon, Alex Liam Camille Robertson, Richard Jr (aka R.J) Ayrese Bessette, Emmett Murphy,Ava Sophia and Lorenzo Lafarriere. She had a special relationship with each and every person she and counted she was a devoted mother and grandmother and great-grandmother she will be greatly missed and loved …. Remember be kind. Her funeral will be held at 10:AM, Saturday, Dec. 14, in the Belanger-Bullard Funeral Home, 51 Marcy St. Southbridge. Calling hours are Friday, December 13 from 4 to 7 Pm in the funeral home.
