CHARLTON: Ronald " Lock Doc" Allard, 69, of Shore Rd., died, Friday, March 3rd, at home after being stricken ill. His wife Elizabeth (Rosebury) Allard died in 1987.
He leaves two sons, David and his wife Angela (Pardini) Allard, of Cherry Valley, Michael Allard of Worcester, a brother F. Lee " Buzzy" Allard of St. Augistine, Fl., a sister Jacqueline Bezio of Port Charlotte, Fl., four grandchildren Kelly Allard, Fawn Allard, Anthony Simmarano, Alyssa Simmarano and his longtime friend Laura. He was predeased by a brother Richard Allard.
He was a retired locksmith and owned and operated Lock Doc, he also ran Getty Gas in Southbridge. He was a member of the Massachusetts National Guard, the Quinebaug Lodge of Masons in Southbridge, and the Melha Shriner' s of Springfield. He enjoyed hunting fishing but most of all he enjoyed sitting in his home " watching the lake go by" .
