SOUTHBRIDGE: Robert W. Langevin, 67, of Dennison Hill Rd., died Saturday, June 2, at Harrington Hospital after being stricken ill at home.
He leaves his wife of 47 years, Jane (Dall) Langevin; 2 sons, Keith Langevin, and his wife, Stephanie, of Southbridge, and Eric Langevin, and his wife, Kelly, of Dudley; 1 granddaughter Hannah Langevin.
He was born in Southbridge the son of the late Gerald and Eva (Ducheneau) Langevin and lived in the area all his life. He graduated from Cole Trade High School. He was a Vietnam Navy veteran and served on the USS Canopus AS-34.
Robert worked for Wyman-Gordon Co. for 44 years retiring in 2006. He was a member of the American Legion post 279, FOE Post 334, All American Club, and Local #2285, United Steel Workers.
