Rafael Hernandez

SOUTHBRIDGE:  Rafael A. Hernandez, 57, of Elm Street passed away Sunday, December 11^th in his home.

Rafael is survived by his wife, Evelyn Erazo, and step children: Jalea Adorno of Southbridge, Charlene Erazo of Southbridge, Tamikka Erazo of Webster, Jessica Reyes of Southbridge, and David Adorno of Southbridge; and thirteen grandchildren. 

Rafael was born on August 16, 1959 in San Dulce, Puerto Rico the son of Miguel Hernandez and Maria Vazquez.

Rafael enjoyed fishing, cooking and scrapping.  He worked as cabinet maker.

A calling hour will be held on Friday, December 16^th from 11:00-12:00 P.M. in the Belanger-Bullard Funeral Home, 51 Marcy Street, Southbridge, MA.

A funeral service will follow at 12:00 P.M. in the Belanger-Bullard Funeral Home.

Burial will follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery, Southbridge.
