SOUTHBIDGE: Peter B. Brown, 80, of Lebanon Hill Rd. died March 15, in his home after an illness.
Born in Southbridge October 16, 1937, he was the son of the late Irving A. Brown Jr. and Grace (Shephard) Brown and lived here all his life.
Survived by his wife of 52 years (in June) Sandra L. Fortin Brown; his daughter Michele A and her husband Gordon A. Anctil of Southbridge; his daughter Kelly L. and her husband John E. Donovan III of Sandwich and grandchildren Ashley and Zachary Anctil and Shelby and John IV (JD) Donovan.
He is also survived by his twin sister Carol and her husband Donald (Dick) Favreau of Griswold, CT and many nieces and nephews.
Peter was a graduate of the former Mary Wells High School and Nichols College where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. He was a member of the National Guard for many years. He worked at the former Norton company and the former State Mutual Life Assurance both in Worcester.
His happiest hours were spent on Beulah Farm with family or puttering mowing and making birdhouses.

There will be a celebration of his life held Monday, March 19, from 4:00 to 7:00pm at the Golden Greek Restaurant 6, Saundersdale Rd. Southbridge, for those wishing to express their condolences to the family.
Burial will be private
