CHARLTON – Paul Jenkins, 93, died Sunday, December 20, after a brief illness. He leaves his wife of 69 years, Jane (Gagnon) Jenkins; three daughters, Carolyn, Barbara, and Sandra and one son, David; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
He was born July 2, 1916, in Quincy, MA, the son of the late Herbert and Grace (Forsyth) Jenkins, and grew up in the area. He graduated from Quincy High School and the UMass Stockbridge School of Agriculture. He was a manager at Wells Farm for 20 years and a member of the Guernsey Breeders Association. He was a deacon and an active member of the Federated Church of Charlton.
There are no calling hours, and a private funeral was held. Memorial contributions can be made to the Federated Church of Charlton, PO Box 70, Charlton, MA 01507, or to a charity of your choice.
