DUDLEY: Niomi Elan Jarvais, 39, of Dudley Southbridge Road, died Wednesday, December 26, in Massachusetts General Hospital after an illness.
She leaves her parents Richard and Susan (Rutanen) Jarvais of Dudley, a brother Jediah Jarvais of Dudley, a sister Aja Jarvais of Webster, her companion Matt, 2 nephews Damion and Jacob Hryzan, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Niomi was born is Southbridge and lived in the area all her life.
She graduated from Shepherd Hill High School and Becker College where earned a degree in Sports Management. She also was a professional make-up artist. At one time Niomi modeled clothes for many clothing magazines through the Casablanca Modeling Agency. She was a CNA for Overlook Healthcare for several years prior to helping manage Town and Country Flowers in Southbridge.
A person of many talents she exceled in painting, drawing, gourmet cooking and enjoyed the ocean and the company of her dog.
Calling hours are 4 :00 to 6:00 PM, Wednesday, January 2, in the Belanger-Bullard Funeral Home, 51 Marcy St. Southbridge. A service will take place at 6:00 PM in the funeral home.
