Nancy Koske

HOLLAND: Nancy (Nadeau) Koske, 66, passed away on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at home with her loving family by her side.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 48 years, Charles T. Koske, Jr., of Holland; her two daughters, Carey Koske of Holland, and Alissa Pasquale of Brookfield; and her sister, Susan Metheny of Ellington, CT. She was predeceased by her brother, Douglas Nadeau of Topeka, KS, who sadly passed away on October 6, 2021. Nancy was a grandmother to four wonderful grandchildren who she absolutely cherished: Kyle, Giovanni, Tatianna, and Isabella.

Born on July 9, 1955, in Holyoke, MA, she is the daughter to the late Alton and Virginia (DiNapoli) Nadeau. She graduated from Hampshire Regional High School and attended Holyoke Community College. She worked as a legal secretary for Attorney’s George & Davis of Sturbridge. She was also the Treasurer/Collector for the Town of Sturbridge for many years.

Nancy enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and being surrounded by her family. Every weekend she’d host a family style barbeque and serve up a batch of her famous baked beans and apple squares. She enjoyed playing cornhole, and had a passion for gardening, plants and birds. Nancy was a giver and would always look for the good in others.

A Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 AM on Thursday, February 24th at St. Anne's-St. Patrick’s Church, 16 Church St. Fiskdale section of Sturbridge, MA  

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, February 23rd from 5-7PM, in the Belanger Bullard Funeral Home, 51 Marcy St., Southbridge, MA.
