Mildred Clark

November 11, 1942 — August 13, 2011

Mildred “Millie” Clark, 68, of Henry Street, died Saturday August 13 in her home. She leaves her daughter Stephanie Fritz and her husband Marshall Fritz and three beloved grandchildren, Christopher, Alexander and Corey Fritz, all of Norwich, CT; four brothers Douglas Clark of WA, Gerald Clark of MA, Richard Clark of Worcester, MA, Francis Clark of KY; six sisters, Elaine Necaise of MS, Janet Barnes of Worcester, MA, Susan Napolitano of Southbridge, MA, Pamela Miner, Lisa Boisvert and Cheryl Trifone all of Charlton, MA; many nieces and nephews.

 

 She was born in Charlton, the daughter of the late Marvin F. and Helen E. (Wilson) Clark, and lived in the area her entire life. She was a graduate of Charlton High School, class of 1960 and was an assembler for Hyde’s Manufacturing of Southbridge. She enjoyed knitting scarves, hats and mittens for many charities and baby blankets for Harrington Hospital. She was an avid library user.

 

 Calling hours will be held from 6 to 8pm Monday, August 22nd in the Belanger-Bullard Funeral Home, 51 Marcy St., Southbridge.  Burial will be in West Ridge Cemetery, Charlton, at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to Relay For Life, American Cancer Society P.O. Box 22718 Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718, or Savers Bank c/o Lou Ellen 270 Main St., Southbridge MA 01550.
