UXBRIDGE: Michael E. Stefanik, 79, of Calumet Ct. died Tuesday, March 13, at Milford Hospital after an illness. He leaves a son Michael E. Stefanik Jr. of Marlbrough, a brother Joseph Stefanik of Uxbridge, a granddaughter Tamsyn Stefanik of Yarmouth, a Niece Nancy Pelland of Marstons Mills, a nephew James Stefanik of Chicago, three great nieces, Debra Chamberlain, Robyn Pelland, Karyn Lukas. He was born in Uxbridge moved to Chicago for several years before returned to Uxbridge. He was a member of St. Maryâ??s parish. While in Chicago he worked for Armstrong Bros. Tool Co. and retired from Stanley Woolen Mills in Uxbridge. He was a Korean War Veteran serving in the Army. He was an avid sportsman. His funeral Mass will be held at 11:00Am in St. Maryâ??s Church, Mendon St. Burial will follow in St. Maryâ??s Cemetery
