Mary Kangas

SOUTHBRIDEG: Mary Irene (Messinger) Kangas, 86 of Marcy St. died October 20, in Harrington Hospital. Her husband Norman died in 2011. She leaves 2 daughter Gail Frank with whom she lived and Beverly Gallop of Manchester, NH. 2 sons David Kangas of west Brookfield, Victor Kangas of Southbridge, 3 grandchildren Dale Gallop, Cyrus Kangas, Kayla Frank a brother Edward Messinger of Scottsdale, AZ. 2 sisters Betty Sisler of Phoenix, AZ. Janet Brett of Venice, FL. She was born in Canton the daughter of Ralph E. and Thelma V. (Taylor) Messinger and lived in the area many years. Mary attended Pinecrest Bible training Center in Salisbury Center, NY. She enjoyed spreading the Word of God throughout the area. She enjoyed her ministry by helping at local churches, nursing homes and hospitals. She worked with her husband refinishing hardwood floors for many years. Her funeral service will be held at 11:00Am in the Massachusetts Veterans Cemetery, 1390 MAIN ST., AGAWAM, MA 01001.
