Marilyn Wells

HOLLAND: Marilyn (Miller) Wells, 85, of Union Rd. formerly of Springfield, died Tuesday, Aug. 23, at Harrington Hospital after an illness.
Her husband Kenneth Wells died June 22, 2006.
She was born in Springfield the daughter of the late Charles and Anneliese (Woldag) Miller and lived in the Springfield/Holland area all her life. She graduated from Springfield Technical High and attended University of Connecticut.
She leaves many family members including John and Jennifer Poirier with whom she lived.
Marilyn was a telephone operator for New England telephone for 20 years before her retirement.
She was a devote Christian and a member of the Eastford Baptist Church. She belonged to the Holland Senior Center and enjoyed reading, and watching TV.
Her funeral will be held at 10:00AM Friday, October 26, in the Belanger-Bullard Funeral Home, 51 Marcy St. Southbridge. Burial will follow in Hilcrest Park Cemetery, Springfield.
Calling hours are 5 to 8pm on Thursday, October 25 in the funeral home.
