HOLLAND: Marie Pauline (Levesque) Lorange, 87, of Holland, MA, went to be with Jesus on Wednesday, March 6, at her home surrounded by loved ones.
Pauline had an extensive work career. She worked at the American Optical Company for many years, numerous restaurants as a server, and Crabtree and Evelyn in Woodstock, CT. She also worked at Monson State School and as a Personal Care Attendant.
Pauline was predeceased by her husband of 37 years, Norman P. Lorange. She leaves seven children, Norman Lorange and his wife Susan, of O’Fallon, IL, Richard Lorange and his wife Linda, of Davenport, WA, Roger Lorange of Webster, MA, David Lorange and his wife Siony, of Santa Rosa, CA, Barbara Rondeau and her husband Michael, of Holland, MA, Edward Lorange of Southbridge, and Kathleen White and her husband Timothy, of Wells, ME. She also leaves 19 grandchildren Scott, David, Aimee, Michael, Mark, Tara, Shawn, Chris, Nicole, Curt (deceased), Adam, Rebekah, Abigail, Gabrielle, Richard, Joshua, Melissa, Treza, Michael, 24 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild, her twin brother, Paul Levesque, Sr. of Putnam, CT, her sisters Lorraine Menzone of Dudley, MA, Germaine Mountford of FL, and Vivian Murray of Woodstock, CT.
She was a faithful attendee of Full Gospel Center church.
Known to most as “Mom” or “Memere,” she was always very generous with her love, time and resources. She loved to be surrounded by family and took great joy in all her little ones. She was an avid bingo fan and enjoyed going out to eat.
Her funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 13th, at 11 a.m. in Belanger-Bullard Funeral Home, 51 Marcy Street, Southbridge Burial will follow at the New Notre Dame Cemetery on Woodstock Road, Southbridge. Calling hours are Tuesday, March 12th, from 5 to 7 p.m. in the funeral home.
