John Wells

HOLLAND: Pastor John A. Wells, 70, of Union Rd. died Saturday, Nov. 1st, at home surrounded by his family.  He leaves his wife of 35 years Sandra (Boyd) Wells, his children Jennifer Poirier of Holland, Wendy Degenhardt of Millbury, Richard Therrien of Southbridge, Rebecca Garrett of Holland, Priscilla Wells and Rachel Wells both of Holland, sisters Grace Southall of Southbridge, Kathleen Krawiec of Springfield, Margaret Gaudette of Ludlow, 14 grandchildren,  many cousins, nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by his son Michael Therrien, a granddaughter Amanda Grace Degenhardt, brothers and sisters; Kenneth Wells, Robert Wells, Mary Bliss, Ruth Bliss, Peter Bliss, John Bliss, Thomas Bliss, Robert Bliss, Charles Bliss, Frederick Bliss Jr, Harold Bliss. He was the Pastor of the Christian Church Of God in Holland. He also worked for Galileo Fiber Optics, Flexcon, and Spectran. He was a member of the Magnolia Society and enjoyed tending to his tree nursery, hunting and fishing.
His funeral will be held at 10:00AM, Tuesday, Nov.4th in the Belanger-Bullard Funeral Home 51 Marcy St. Southbridge. Burial will follow in Holland Cemetery.
