WOODSTOCK, CT – James C. Hill, 57, of Red Cedar Rd., died unexpectedly at home on Sunday, June 28th. He leaves his wife of 27 years, Deborah (Dupont) Hill; one daughter, Ashley Hill, and two granddaughters, Madison and Kylie Hill-Rickell, all of Woodstock Valley; his mother, Carolyn Everett, and her husband, Cecil, of Worcester; his father, Charles Hill, and his wife, Debbie, of Grafton; he also leaves his in-laws, the Dupont family of Worcester, two brothers, Charles Hill Jr. and his wife Danielle, of Shrewsbury, and Matthew Hill, of Grafton; five sisters, Donna Sewall and her husband Curt, of Clearwater, FL, Sue-Anne Dolan and her husband William, of Worcester, Jane Boyd and her husband Richard, of Worcester, Robin Ward and her husband James, of Holden, and Nancy Smith and her husband Kevin, of Worcester; many nieces and nephews. He was born on May 7, 1952, in England, and moved to Worcester, where he resided for 30 years, until moving to Connecticut. He worked for Advance Auto Parts in Putnam, CT, as an Assistant Manager and was previously employed for many years by Hartford Office Supply Co. as a Purchasing Agent. He was an avid Red Sox fan, and enjoyed attending their games. He also enjoyed spending time at home with his family, especially his beloved granddaughters. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am, Thursday, July 2, at the Greendale People\'s Church, 25 Francis St., Worcester, MA. Belanger-Bullard Funeral Home, 51 Marcy St., Southbridge, MA, is directing arrangements. Family requests flowers be omitted and donations made to Greendale Peoples Church in Jim’s name.
