HOLLAND/STURBRIDGE - Helen (Vickers) Pelletier, 80, of Stafford Rd, Holland, died Monday, Feb. 5th, at Harrington Memorial Hospital in Southbridge. Her husband, Aime H. Pelletier, died in 1994. She leaves a sister, Beatrice Taraskiewicz, a close friend, seven nieces, and several grand nephews and grand nieces a close friend Charles Roberts. She was predeceased by three brothers, Ralph Vickers, Harry Vickers and Charles Vickers. She was born in Sturbridge, the daughter of Charles and Juliette (Hewitt) Vickers, and lived in the area all her life. She retired from the American Optical after many years of service, and belonged to its Quarter Century Club. She was a member of the Sturbridge Federated Church and enjoyed country music. Her funeral will be held at 11 am Thursday, February 8th in the Belanger-Bullard Funeral Home, 51 Marcy St., Southbridge. Burial will follow in North Cemetery.
