Eugene Artruc

HOLLAND:  Eugene A. Artruc, 78, of Truro (Cape Cod), formerly of Holland, died Wednesday, Oct, 19 in his home after an illness.   He leaves his wife of 57 years Mary F. (Lawrence) Artruc, 3 sons Randy Artruc of Nice, CA, Ricki Artruc of Sturbridge, Roddy Artruc of Truro, 3 daughters Terry Arsenault of Holland, Teena Wood of Southbridge, Tanzy Artruc of Linesville, PA, 2 brothers Edward Artruc of Holland, Ernie Artruc of Bear Foot Bay, FL, 2 sisters Evelyn Martin of Stafford Spring, CT, and Rita Zuraw of Stafford Spring, CT, 4 grandchildren, Keith Wood, Angela Lucier, Jennifer Baker and Mathiew Moser and 1 great granddaughter Jayzlyn Miller.

 He was born in Wales, the son of the late Albert and Blanche (Gaudette) Artruc and lived in the area until moving to Cape Cod several years ago. He was a Korean War veteran.     He was a self employed carpenter and licensed plumber.   He enjoyed woodworking and yard work including many flower beds and his home on the Cape.  

His funeral will be held at 11:00AM, Saturday, Oct. 29th in the Belanger-Bullard Funeral Home, 51 Marcy St. Southbridge. Burial will follow in Holland Cemetery.   Calling hours are 9:00am to 11:00AM before the service.
