Ernest Cadarette

SOUTHBRIDGE: Ernest V. Cadarette, 64, of Oak St. died Sept. 21, at Harrington Memorial Hospital after being stricken ill at home. He leaves his wife of twenty years, Louise ( Peck) Cadarette, a son Paul Cadarette of Southbridge; three daughters Kim Poulin of Southbridge; Amy Gaitane of Wareham; Erin French of Southbridge; three sisters Elaine Hebert of Southbridge; Louise Burlingame of Brooklyn, Ct; Patricia Duff of Norwich, Ct; three grandchildren Timothy, Tasha and Trever Brown.
He was born in Southbridge the son of the late Ernest and Lydia (Rochon) Cadarette and lived here all his life. He graduated from Mt. Wachusett College where he excelled in computer networking. He was foreman at The American Optical Company and retired after 45 years of service. At one time he was active with the Cub Scouts and The Boy Scouts. He was a member of Notre Dame Church and along with his family he worked in the Fried Dough Hut during the family festivals. He was an avid computer buff and will be remembered for his technical service. His funeral will be held at 9:00AM Tuesday, Sept. 26th from the Belanger-Bullard Funeral Home 51 Marcy St. followed with a Mass at 10AM in Notre Dame Church 446 Main St. Calling are 5:00Pm to 8:00 Monday Sept. 25th, in the funeral home.
