CHARLTON: Elizabeth Ann (Gibson) Boquist, 79, of 239 Southbridge Rd. died Monday, January 7, at Southbridge Nursing and Rehab. Her husband Robert Boquist died in 2003. She leaves 3 daughters Tiffany Smith of Paxton, Diane Tarckini of Auburn, Jennifer Boquist of Whitinsville, 1 son Robert Boquist of Providence, RI., 6 grandchildren Zachray of Lahini Hawaii, Kaley of Charlton, Deanna of Amherst, Michael of Charlton, Ashley of Fitchburg, Danielle of Auburn. She was predeceased by her son Jonathan E. Tefft Boquist who died May 28, 2016. Elizabeth was born in Fitchburg the daughter of Charles and Roselie (Scott) Gibson. She graduated from Fitchburg High School. She and her husband were Foster Parents for 30 years. She enjoyed birds especially hummingbirds which she fed and observed at her home, trips to Foxwoods Casino and playing the Lottery. Memorial contributions may be made in her name to Second Chance Animal Shelter, 111 Young Rd., East Brookfield, MA 01515.
