Edwin Sanchez

SOUTHBRIDGE:  Edwin Sanchez, 59, of Charlton Street spread his wings to Heaven on Monday, August 29^th in Harrington Hospital after a brave battle with ALS.

Edwin is survived by his long-time companion, Carmen Arroyo; his children: Edwin Sanchez, Sheila Sanchez, Carmen Vazquez, Andres Vazquez, and Alex Vazques, all of Southbridge; his “right-hand little man,” Jeylex Rosario along with seven other grandchildren and one unborn grandchild.

Edwin was born on July 25, 1957 in Puerto Rico.  Edwin enjoyed playing baseball, loved watching the New York Yankees, attending his church: iglesia el Mesias, spending quality time with his grandchildren and helping people.  His big heart and sense of humor will be deeply missed.

Private services will be held for the family.
