CHARLTON - Dorothy Seifert, 87, of Oxbow Road, died Tuesday, October 31, 2006, at Harrington Memorial Hospital. She leaves her husband of fifty nine years, Howard B. Seifert, two sons Stanley W. Seifert of Charlton, Howard B. Seifert Jr. and his wife Robin of Webster, a daughter Judith Maskell of Charlton, a sister Frances Lamprey of Sturbridge, nine grandchildren; Ginger Pratt, Bonnie Seifert, Gary Seifert, Todd Seifert, Kelly Freeman, Neil Seifert, Lara Maskell, Stephanie Seifert, Matthew Seifert, ten great grandchildren: Jacquelyn, Hunter, Britnay, Mikayla, Jacob, Julia, Timothy, Michael, Travis, Jared, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers, Charles Foskett and Ralph Foskett.
She was born in Worcester the daughter of Myrtle Foskett and lived in the area all her life. She graduated from Charlton High School class of 1937.
She worked for Charlton High School in the cafeteria and later worked as a nurseâ??s aid at Charlton Manor. She was a member of the Golden Age Group and the Helping Hand Society. She enjoyed camping, traveling but most of all spending time with her husband and her family.
Her funeral service will be held at 10:00AM, Friday at, November 3rd in the Belanger-Bullard Funeral Home 51 Marcy St. Southbridge. Burial will follow at West Ridge Cemetery in Charlton.
