Donna Muniz

SOUTHBRIDGE – Donna (Corey) Muniz, 55, of Southbridge, died Wednesday, April 27 at UMass Medical Center after a long illness.  She leaves her daughter, Mary Ellen Johnson, of Southbridge; eight grandchildren, Timothy, Stephanie, Steven, Katrina, Tessa, Anthony, Jamel, and Malik; her father, Dwight Corey Sr. of Southbridge; two brothers, Dwight Corey Jr., of Oneco, CT and Harold Corey, of Southbridge; two sisters, Jean Boisse, of Peacedale, RI and Debbie Aubin, of Dudley; several nieces and nephews.

She was born in South Kingston, RI, the daughter of the late Mary Ellen (Smith) Corey, and grew up in the area.  Donna worked for the Little Kitchen as a cook for over 20 years.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
