Dudley- Brenda J. Trifone, 65, of Dudley passed away unexpectedly on Friday, August 7, 2015. She was born in Southbridge on July 9, 1950, daughter of the late Alfred and Beulah (Neely) Trifone, and grew up in Charlton. She was employed by the former American Optical Co. for many years.
Brenda was a lively, spirited woman who was extremely kind-hearted and generous. She loved to read, watch scary movies and television shows, and enjoyed the challenge of a good crossword puzzle. She loved playing slots at the casino and enjoyed 50's and country music, and dancing. She was an avid Yankees fan and playfully referred to her favorite player as "my little Jeter"; Above all else, Brenda loved spending time with her family, especially her cherished grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and her sister-in-law Diane.
Brenda is survived by her sons, Roger Baker of Dudley, and Kurt Baker and his wife Maria of Charlton; brothers Alfred and Chucky Trifone, both of Southbridge; sisters Beverly Donais of Charlton, Doraine Wilson, of Southbridge, and Christine Phillips of Charlton; grandchildren Roger, Adriana, Bryce, and Victoria Baker; great-grandchildren Aiden Baker, and Justice and Faith Rosario; godson Joshua Trifone; goddaughter Heidi Desaultel; her best friend Mary; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her ex-husband Roger Baker, Jr., a brother Timothy Trifone, and a sister Kathleen Benoit.
