Brenda Dumas-Girouard, 66, of Nelco Ave, Dudley, passed away peacefully at her home on March 28, 2025, after a long battle with illness.
Brenda was a devoted homemaker and cherished mother to her two daughters, Kerri Diaz-Hernandez of Southbridge and Tanya Dumas of Connecticut.
She was a proud and loving grandmother to five grandchildren: Taylor, Isaiah, Ryleigh, Ayden and Chase who brought her immeasurable joy.
Brenda will also be deeply missed by her brother, Russell Dumas of Millbury, her sister, April Dumas of Florida, as well as her nieces and nephews: Amy, Jamie, Brian, and Matthew.
Predeceased by her mother, Elizabeth (Deraleau) Dumas, and her sister, Dawn Ciampa, Brenda’s memory lives on in the hearts of all who were fortunate to know her.
As a dedicated homemaker, Brenda took immense pride in creating a loving and nurturing environment for her family. Her home was a place of warmth and comfort, often serving as the gathering place for family celebrations and moments of togetherness. Known for her vibrant, outgoing personality and her natural talent for nurturing plants, Brenda touched the lives of many with her kindness and generosity.
Her legacy of love, care, and dedication will continue to inspire and comfort those who had the honor of knowing her. Brenda’s presence will be deeply missed by all her family and friends, but her spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those she touched.
