Betty Atkinson

BROOKFIELD: Betty L. (Barrett) Atkinson, 63, of Conestoga Trail, died Saturday, Jan. 22, at home after a 4 year battle with cancer.

She leaves her husband of 44 years James Atkinson; 2 daughters Ginny Miller of Woodstock, CT; Susan Marie Atkinson Brookfield; a son Jesse J. Atkinson of Sutton, her mother Evelyn G. (Williams) Barrett of Charlton; a brother Andrew Barrett of Charlton; 3 sisters Nancy Jolin of Sturbridge, Jane Stanhope of Southbridge, Lorraine Trerrien of Lincoln, ME; 5 grandchildren Kimberly, Samantha, Kassandra, Matthew, Tyler.

She was predeceased by her father Alva Barrett and a grandchild Nichole Johnson.

Betty enjoyed sewing, crafts and ebay.

Calling hours are 11:00AM to 1:00PM Saturday, Jan. 29, in the Belanger-Bullard Funeral Home 51 Marcy St. Southbridge. Funeral services will be private.
