CHARLTON: Barbara Ruth (Warren) Kuehl, 80, of Rams Horn Rd. died Friday, March 2, at home surrounded by her family, after a long illness. She leaves her husband of 43 years, Kenneth W. Kuehl, a son Raymond J. Ciani and his fiancée Jody L. Marcille, two brothers Paul Warren and Robert Warren both of Southbridge, six grandchildren, Clay Ciani, John Ciani, William Ciani, Brenda (Ciani) MacGrath, Joshua Russo, Tia Russo, six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers Albert Warren, William Warren, three sisters Anna Stakes, Carol Skaroni and June Maynard. She was born in Worcester the daughter of Albert and Anna (Halpin) Warren and lived in the area all her life. She graduated from Charlton High School. She retired from the American Optical Co. after 38 years of service. Barbara was a member of St. Joseph parish and taught C.C.D. for many years. She enjoyed crafts, researching town history and writing poetry. Barbara was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and a friend who will be sadly missed and fondly remembered. Her funeral Mass will be held at 10:00AM, Friday, March 9th, in St. Joseph Church H. Putnam Rd. Charlton. Burial will follow in West Ridge Cemetery. Calling hours are 6:00 PM to 8:00PM Thursday March 8th in the Belanger-Bullard Funeral Home 51 Marcy St. Southbridge. Memorial contributions ma be made to St. Joseph Church H. Putnam Rd.
